AI Doctor can now handle PDFs with more than 100 pages and multi-megabyte files. It also supports PNG and JPEG images, DOCX and XLS documents, and TXT, JSON, and CSV files. Uploaded files appear in Data for preview, giving AI Doctor more of your health history to reference.
This update improves support for long reports and large exports. Specialized interpretation of MRIs, CT scans, and whole-genome data is not included in this release.
Ask AI Doctor to find eligible diagnostic lab locations near you and surface available appointment times. The results follow the same location and availability rules as the existing booking experience, including regional lab-provider coverage.
For now, payment and final booking still happen through the regular scheduling flow. End-to-end booking inside the conversation is not included in this release.
New members now have a homepage checklist for connecting wearables, uploading previous lab reports, and importing memories from past AI conversations.

Our at-home Vaginal Microbiome Analysis uses a simple swab and typically returns results in two to four weeks. The test measures around 35 biomarkers to help you understand the balance of protective and disruptive microbes in your vaginal microbiome.
When your results are ready, your PDF report is added to your Vault and a protocol is generated to help you understand what comes next.

As part of onboarding, we catalog all of your documents and past medical history (when you opt in). We integrate with HIEs and healthcare systems to automatically ingest relevant files (e.g. diagnostic reports, previous conditions, and past lab data).
You can also upload any documents you might have previously collected and saved. Alternatively, we give you a custom email address that you can share with any healthcare provider, so you will never have to worry about uploading or centralizing health data again. You can forward any trailing documents to us and we will upload, tag, and organize them for you.
Documents that are uploaded to the Vault are processed using AI to ingest the data natively into the application. You can easily review and share your health data in an easy to understand dashboard with metrics and insights with just a link.
